By accessing or using DocsEditor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. About DocsEditor

DocsEditor is an online document processing platform that provides a wide range of tools, including PDF conversion, editing, merging, splitting, compression, protection, unlocking, watermarking, page numbering, redaction, and OCR

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. If you are under the legal age required in your country to consent to data processing, you may only use the Services with parental or legal guardian consent.

3. User Files and Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and ownership in and to the files, documents, and data you upload or process using DocsEditor (“User Files”). We do not acquire any ownership interest in your User Files.

3.2 Limited Access

DocsEditor does not claim ownership of or manually access your User Files. User Files are processed automatically and solely for the purpose of providing the requested Services.

Access to User Files is strictly limited to situations where it is technically necessary to:

• Provide the requested Service
• Ensure the security and proper functioning of the platform
• Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations

User Files are not reviewed, shared, or used for any other purpose. Files are automatically deleted after processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy

4. Use of Services

4.1 License

Subject to compliance with these Terms, DocsEditor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services.

4.2 Prohibited Use

5. No Account or Payment Required

DocsEditor currently provides its Services without requiring user registration or payment. Users are not required to create an account to access or use the Services.
DocsEditor reserves the right to introduce account-based features or paid services in the future, subject to updated Terms and applicable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in DocsEditor, including software, branding, design, and content, remain the exclusive property of DocsEditor and its licensors.

You may not:

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services through good faith negotiations by contacting us.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law. The language of arbitration shall be English.

The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Subject to the above arbitration provision, the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters relating to enforcement of arbitral awards or where arbitration is not permissible under applicable law.

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of DocsEditor is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and describes how we collect, use, process, and safeguard personal data. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
